Auberge du Bec Fin

Description:

The Auberge du Bec-Fin is on the road to Dieppe near the Chateau de Mesnières-en-Bray just north of Neufchatel and not far by detour from the A28 between Abbeville and Le Havre.

The Auberge has a pretty flowered courtyard and terrace, much appreciated by visitors in the summer months, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere in a beamed dining room.

The service has been complimented and the varied cuisine is well presented.  The menu has an emphasis on seasonal and regional produce; such as the heart-shaped Neufchatel cheese, a speciality of the region.

The nearby Renaissance period Chateau de Mesnières, recently repaired after a serious fire , is well worth a visit.
