We featured the Fete de la Terre at Catenay, Seine Maritime, Upper Normandy on 5 September as an Events item.See 

  It turned out to be a significant event and was attended by the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, Bruno Le Maire.

He had been invited by the young farmers’ club and stayed for a considerable part of the afternoon  at this rural fete featuring a ploughing competition and celebrating local food production and rural pursuits.

Luckily the weather was perfect, warm and sunny for this popular event.
