Description:

The disused railway line linking Alençon to Condé sur Huisne is today being reopened but for walkers and cyclists - not for trains. 

The 67 kilometre long 'Voie Verte' is being officially inaugurated at Mesnière following the arrival of two cyclists one coming from Alençon and the other form Condé sur Huisne.

The event is being marked with public entertainments along the track.
